SINOSWAN Makes Outdoor Events Grander, Quicker, Safer.

A successful mobile event vehicle project rarely begins with a simple request for a standard product. In many cases, the customer knows the function they need but not yet the exact vehicle configuration, structure, interior layout, materials, or technical solution required to achieve it.

The Dubai SBT1712 project is one such example.

The project began in 2025 after a Dubai customer was introduced to SINOSWAN through a Chinese friend who had first reviewed the company’s website and online videos. What started as an inquiry for a large mobile hall gradually developed into a highly customized mobile space project involving product selection, repeated factory visits, detailed design discussions, production, inspection, shipment, delivery in Dubai, technical training, and after-sales support.

The customer was not looking for a conventional mobile stage or a simple trailer. The requirement was for a large mobile hall that could be used for multiple purposes, including weddings and marriage celebrations, conferences and meetings, condolence gatherings following a death, VIP hospitality, and other temporary events. After studying the customer’s requirements, SINOSWAN recommended the SBT1712, the largest model in the SBT mobile banquet trailer range, because its large expandable space and semi-trailer structure provided the most appropriate foundation for the customer’s intended applications.

The first order eventually resulted in two SBT1712 units, followed by delivery and on-site training in Dubai. After using and evaluating the products, the customer placed a further order for four additional units with a new design, turning the original project into an ongoing cooperation.

  1. From an Online Introduction to a Real Project

The first contact between SINOSWAN and the Dubai customer took place in 2025.

The customer had already developed an interest in SINOSWAN after seeing the company’s website and online product videos. Instead of contacting SINOSWAN directly at the beginning, the customer was introduced through a Chinese friend.

This initial introduction was important because the customer’s requirement was not a simple request for an off-the-shelf trailer.

迪拜SBT1712-2

The customer wanted to create a large mobile hall capable of serving different functions according to the needs of each occasion.

The concept needed to be flexible enough to accommodate weddings and marriage celebrations, conferences and meetings, condolence gatherings, VIP hospitality, and other temporary activities.

This immediately created a product-selection challenge.

A smaller mobile banquet vehicle could provide a mobile indoor space, but the customer’s requirement was specifically for a large hall with substantial usable space and extensive customization possibilities.

Rather than simply recommending the newest or most expensive configuration, SINOSWAN evaluated the intended applications and recommended the SBT1712 as the model that best matched the requirement.

This became the starting point for the project.

  1. Why the SBT1712 Was Selected

The SBT series includes different sizes and configurations, but the Dubai project required a particularly large mobile space.

The SBT1712 is the largest SBT model selected for this project. SINOSWAN’s current product information describes the SBT1712 as a large mobile banquet trailer with an expanded space of approximately 190 m², a seating capacity of up to 260 people, and a hydraulic deployment system designed for rapid transformation into an event space.

For the Dubai customer, however, size alone was not the deciding factor.

The more important question was whether the vehicle could be adapted to the customer’s detailed requirements.

迪拜SBT1712-3

The answer was yes.

During the discussions, the customer requested extensive customization covering both the exterior and interior of the mobile hall. These requirements included the decoration style, hall dimensions, door size and number of doors, window configuration, raw-material quality, flooring system, additional toilets, interior design, curtains, chassis height, and many other details.

Instead of asking the customer to adapt their intended applications to a standard vehicle, the project required SINOSWAN’s design and production teams to adapt the vehicle to the customer’s intended applications.

This is where the project moved from a normal product sale into a genuine custom engineering and mobile-space solution.

  1. Turning a Standard Model into a Customized Mobile Hall

The basic SBT1712 provided the structural foundation, but the final vehicle was developed around the customer’s requirements.

The customization process covered multiple layers.

迪拜SBT1712-4

✦ Space and Access

The customer paid close attention to the usability of the hall itself. Door dimensions, the number of doors, window arrangements, access requirements, and the relationship between the chassis and the overall hall height were discussed during the design process.

These details may appear small individually, but they have a direct effect on how a large mobile hall functions once it is deployed.

The customer’s requirements therefore went beyond simply asking for “a large banquet trailer.” The project required the internal space, access points, and exterior structure to work together as one system.

迪拜SBT1712-5

✦ Materials and Flooring

The customer also had specific expectations concerning raw-material quality and flooring.

The final SBT1712 configuration documented by SINOSWAN uses a welded steel structure with anti-corrosion treatment, while the project documentation specifies reinforced structural components, anti-slip flooring, composite laminate materials, aluminum panels, tempered glass, and wood finishes.

迪拜SBT1712-6

The detailed configuration also includes a steel-frame body structure, anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment, and a customized interior decoration package.

✦ Interior Decoration

For this customer, the interior appearance was not treated as an afterthought.

The customer requested a particular decorative style, including customized wall and ceiling treatment, decorative elements, flooring, lighting, and curtains.

The project documentation specifies wooden veneer, decorative special-shaped accessories, aluminum-plastic panels, hardware, and a Viennese-style interior decoration concept with additional window decoration.

This is important because the vehicle was intended for functions where appearance and atmosphere matter, especially weddings, VIP hospitality, meetings, and formal gatherings.

The objective was therefore to create something that functioned as a mobile building rather than simply a trailer with an empty interior.

迪拜SBT1712-7

  1. Engineering the Hall Around Real Use

The customer’s intended applications also influenced the technical design.

A mobile hall used for weddings requires a different interior atmosphere from one used for business meetings. A VIP hospitality space may require different access and decoration from a temporary condolence gathering. A conference may require different equipment and spatial arrangements again.

The project therefore had to balance mobility, structural stability, interior comfort, access, climate control, electrical systems, and flexible use.

The SBT1712 configuration documented for the Dubai project includes hydraulic roof lifting, hydraulic deployment functions, a centralized hydraulic control system, heavy-duty support systems, air-conditioning ducts, windows, interior lighting, and a complete electrical system. The quotation also specifies six central air-conditioning units for the customized configuration.

These systems are important because the customer’s requirement was not simply to transport a large room. The vehicle needed to become a usable indoor environment after deployment.

  1. The Customer Did Not Simply Place an Order and Wait

One of the most important aspects of the Dubai project was the customer’s involvement in the manufacturing process.

The customer has visited the SINOSWAN factory three times so far, with each visit contributing to the inspection, confirmation, and development of the project.

The visits allowed the customer to see the manufacturing process directly and inspect different aspects of the vehicle rather than relying only on drawings, photographs, or online communication.

The inspections covered the elements that mattered most to the customer, including the structure, materials, interior finish, hydraulic systems, doors and windows, decoration, and overall manufacturing quality.

This repeated factory interaction also gave SINOSWAN an opportunity to understand the customer’s expectations more precisely.

For a highly customized mobile hall, this kind of communication is valuable because many design decisions are easier to evaluate when the customer can see the actual vehicle and discuss changes directly with the engineering and production teams.

迪拜SBT1712-9

  1. From Order to Production

After the design and requirements were progressively clarified, the customer placed the first order on October 10, 2025.

The first project involved two SBT1712 units.

Production was completed on December 20, 2025, after which the vehicles entered the shipping process. The shipment took place in January 2026, beginning the next stage of the project: moving the customized mobile halls from the factory in China to the customer in Dubai.

The project therefore moved through a clearly defined sequence:

Customer inquiry → Requirement analysis → SBT1712 selection → Custom design → Factory discussions and inspections → Order → Production → Final inspection → Shipment → Dubai delivery → Training and after-sales support

This sequence is important because the project was not simply about manufacturing two trailers. It involved continuous coordination between customer requirements, engineering decisions, production, inspection, logistics, and technical support.

迪拜SBT1712-10

  1. Delivery Did Not End the Project

For SINOSWAN, delivery was not considered the final step.

In February 2026, SINOSWAN sent a three-member team to Dubai to support the customer after delivery.

The team provided on-site training and after-sales support, helping the customer’s team understand how to operate and manage the mobile banquet halls.

Training was also provided at the SINOSWAN factory before delivery.

This created a two-stage training approach:

Factory training → Shipment → Dubai delivery → On-site training

The factory training allowed the customer’s team to become familiar with the systems before the vehicles left China, while the Dubai training allowed SINOSWAN’s personnel to address the actual operating environment and provide practical guidance after delivery.

  1. Training and Documentation as Part of the Delivery

An important part of SINOSWAN’s after-sales approach in this project was not only providing face-to-face training but also providing a user manual for the customer.

This gives the customer’s team a reference for future operation rather than requiring them to depend entirely on memory from the training session.

The official SBT1712 documentation also identifies factory training, video instruction, technical support, and professional guidance as part of SINOSWAN’s support system.

For a highly customized mobile hall containing hydraulic, electrical, air-conditioning, lighting, structural, and interior systems, operational knowledge is an important part of the product itself.

The objective is therefore not simply:

“Deliver the vehicle.”

It is:

“Deliver the vehicle, teach the customer how to use it, provide documentation, and remain available for technical support.”

 迪拜SBT1712-11

  1. What the Customer Found After Delivery

After receiving and using the first two SBT1712 units, the customer expressed strong satisfaction with the products and the overall cooperation.

The most significant evidence of the customer’s response was not simply verbal feedback.

The customer decided to place another order for four additional units, this time with a new design.

This changed the nature of the relationship.

The first two SBT1712 units were the initial project. The subsequent four-unit order demonstrated that the customer was prepared to continue developing the mobile-space concept with SINOSWAN.

The cooperation therefore evolved from:

One customer requirement → one customized project

into:

Initial project → delivered vehicles → operational experience → customer feedback → further design development → additional order

That progression is one of the most valuable parts of the Dubai story.

迪拜SBT1712-12

  1. Why This Project Is Different from a Standard Banquet Trailer Order

The Dubai project demonstrates an important distinction between selling a product and developing a solution.

The customer did not simply choose an SBT1712 from a catalog and request delivery.

The customer started with a business and operational requirement:

A large mobile hall that could serve multiple purposes.

SINOSWAN then worked backward from that requirement to determine:

  • What size of mobile hall was required
  • Which SBT model was appropriate
  • How many doors and windows were needed
  • How access should be arranged
  • What materials and flooring were required
  • How the interior should be decorated
  • How the curtains and finishing should be handled
  • How the chassis height should be configured
  • How toilets and other functions could be incorporated
  • How the hydraulic and electrical systems should support the final design
  • How the customer should be trained
  • How after-sales support should continue after delivery

This is the essence of a custom mobile-space solution.

迪拜SBT1712-13

  1. A Mobile Hall for Multiple Applications

The Dubai customer’s original requirement also demonstrates why the SBT1712 can be considered more than a conventional banquet trailer.

The customer’s intended applications included weddings, conferences and meetings, condolence gatherings, VIP hospitality, and other temporary events.

The SBT1712 product platform is designed for flexible social and business applications, including weddings, business meetings, corporate events, celebrations, gatherings, and other large-scale activities.

Its large expandable interior and customizable configuration allow the same basic mobile structure to be adapted for different functions.

For example, the interior can be designed around seating and hospitality for a wedding, configured for meeting or conference use, adapted for VIP reception, or arranged as a temporary indoor space for other activities.

This multi-purpose capability was one of the central reasons the SBT1712 was selected for the Dubai project.

  1. From One Customer’s Requirement to a New Product Direction

Perhaps the most important lesson from the Dubai project is that customer requirements can also influence future product development.

The first project was designed around one customer’s requirements.

After delivery and use, the customer did not simply reorder the same configuration.

Instead, the customer ordered four additional units with a new design.

迪拜SBT1712-14

This means that the cooperation has continued into a second stage, where the experience gained from the first units can be incorporated into a new generation of customized mobile halls.

This is particularly valuable for SINOSWAN because it provides direct feedback from a real operating customer.

The customer can identify what works well, what should be changed, what additional functions are required, and how the mobile hall can be adapted to new applications.

SINOSWAN can then take those requirements back to its engineering and production teams.

In this sense, the Dubai project is not only a delivery story. It is also a story of continuous product development through customer cooperation.

  1. The Engineering Behind the SBT1712

The customized SBT1712 delivered to the Dubai customer combines a large mobile structure with multiple integrated systems.

The documented configuration includes a body approximately 17,000 × 2,800 × 4,200 mm, hydraulic roof lifting up to 4,000 mm, hydraulic expansion and deployment functions, reinforced support systems, and a steel-frame structure.

The detailed project documentation further specifies a hydraulic control system, heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic support and leveling systems, insulation treatment, air-conditioning ducts, customized doors and windows, electrical wiring, LED lighting, interior decoration, and central air conditioning. The safety-related configuration includes DOT-certified tail lights, dual safety chains, mechanical and electric braking systems, wheel covers, an emergency exit, and an access provision for people with special needs.

These details illustrate the engineering complexity hidden behind what may appear from the outside to be simply a “mobile banquet hall.”

迪拜SBT1712-15

  1. The Dubai Project as a Model for Custom Mobile Spaces

The SBT1712 Dubai project demonstrates a broader principle in mobile vehicle manufacturing:

The customer does not always begin by knowing which model they need. They begin by knowing what they want to accomplish.

In this case, the customer wanted a large, mobile, multi-purpose hall.

SINOSWAN translated that requirement into a specific product selection and then developed the details around the customer’s actual operating needs.

The result was a customized mobile hall capable of serving multiple functions while retaining the advantages of a transportable platform.

The project also demonstrates why communication, factory inspection, training, documentation, and after-sales support are important parts of a successful international vehicle project.

Conclusion: From Selection to Long-Term Cooperation

The Dubai SBT1712 project began with an online introduction and a relatively simple idea: the customer needed a large mobile hall for multiple purposes.

It developed into a much more comprehensive process involving product selection, detailed requirement analysis, extensive customization, repeated factory inspections, production, shipment, delivery, training, documentation, and after-sales support.

The customer selected the SBT1712 because its large-scale mobile banquet structure provided the most suitable foundation for the intended applications. SINOSWAN then customized the vehicle around the customer’s requirements, including doors, windows, materials, flooring, decoration, curtains, chassis height, toilets, and other functional details.

Two units were ordered on October 10, 2025, completed on December 20, 2025, and shipped in January 2026. SINOSWAN subsequently sent a three-member team to Dubai in February to provide on-site training and after-sales support.

The customer has visited the SINOSWAN factory three times so far and continues to plan further visits for team training and technical cooperation.

Most importantly, after receiving the first two units, the customer placed a further order for four additional mobile halls with a new design.

That is what makes this project more than a delivery case.

It is a story of how a customer’s initial idea was transformed into a customized mobile-space solution, how the solution was tested through real use, and how successful delivery developed into continued product cooperation.

For customers looking for a mobile banquet hall, mobile conference space, VIP hospitality vehicle, wedding venue, temporary meeting facility, or other customized mobile indoor space, the Dubai project demonstrates how SINOSWAN can work from the customer’s intended application rather than forcing the requirement into a standard configuration.
